Homemade food is love! Here you will find a small refrigerator with freezer that has been stocked with a nice variety of individually wrapped breakfast items. Pick what you want, heat it up and serve yourself. There is a microwave, a toaster, a toaster oven, and a hot water pot. You use fine china, glassware and silver from yesteryear and Carol clears & washes the dishes for you each day. There is a second mini-fridge in the Hill Valley Continuum for your personal food storage. For lunches and dinners, guests typically visit local restaurants or order easy meals from Carrs or Fred Meyer or Three Bears. If you want to cook something in a pot, a "kitchen kit" can be provided for use in the Quantum Realm. The breakfast music really takes you back in time. Set your expecations high because the 1950s are calling!
The theme of the Paradox Parlor comes from the SyFy TV series Twelve Monkeys (2015-2018). James Cole & Cassandra Railly travel through time attempting to stop the release of a devastating killer virus that reduces the global population to millions by 2035. In their dystopian adventures, they accidentally create a paradox reality that traps them in the 1950s. They spend two normal happy years together here in their house before they figure out a way to return to the fight.
