Atrium The Atrium

The foot locker in the atrium is a bench where you can sit to remove your shoes. The driveway is gravel so it's best to remove your footware as soon as you arrive and walk in your stocking feet. You can store your shoes and coats in the atrium by the door. The atrium walls contain Fun Facts about Carol and her Disney memorabilia. Please use the luggage lift to send your wheeled suitcases to the second floor. Soft luggage can be carried up by hand. This spares your back and protects the walls. (the lift is explained in the orientation video) There are emergency toiletries in the cabinet and special souvenirs for the movie fans in your group.

The Doctor's Landing The Doctor's Landing

The upper landing of the stairwell is where you off-load the luggage lift. Next, meet the many faces of Doctor Who and his plucky companions. When you're ready, this is where you find the Laundry closet, DVD library and Book library. These windows overlook a cow, car and hay farm. Keep a sharp eye for the cows or small aircraft in the distance.

The DVD movie collection is a curated library of the best Time Travel, Multiverse and adventure movies and shows. Most are not available on streaming services so this is your chance to watch some rare movies. There are movies for kids, musicals, classics, adventures, inspirational, Christmas and Hollywood history documentaries. The Book collection contains the entire works of H.G. Wells, Jules Verne, C.S. Lewis' Narnia series, and the Wrinkle in Time trilogy. You can also read about Industrial Light & Magic or Walt Disney Imagineering.

Garden of the Multiverse Garden of the Multiverse

The garden will be forever growing and changing. Just like the rooms inside the house, the garden themes are drawn from popular time travel fiction. The Wonderland greenhouse is where small things can become enormous and time seems to fly...or not at all. The red bridge and picnic table come from the Queen of Heart's garden. Her heart of stone can be found in the creek. The Red Forest accents invite us to dream about our most cherished memories as depicted in scenes from the TV show Twelve Monkeys. There are three cherry trees named Romeo, Juliet and Valentine. Raspberries and gooseberries are also there. The Stargate in the center of the garden symbolizes a passageway to all other worlds and dimensions. Is it a gate to heaven? The pyramid with a singular sun above is the symbol for home. Do you recognize the constellations around the edge of the gate?
